HGV Licences

HGV medical – 30 minute appointment,  this appointment will entail medical examination to allow completion of HGV licence application form. Patient should bring to their appointment: 

• HGV medical form
• Summary print out from patient’s regular general practitioner which should indicate all medical problems and medication
• Urine sample for testing
• Glasses if worn

If desired, additional ECG can be undertaken for additional fee of £50.00

Cost –  £120 (£160 with ECG)
